Thanks, Peter.  I have been putting it off while I complete the separate 
documents but it's nearly time for me to try it out again.  I'll let you know 
how it goes.

      Here's how to create a hyperlink within a Word document.
      Type a word, highlight it, then hit Alt plus the letter I to pull down
  Insert. Now select Hyperlink. When the edit field appears, type in your
  hyperlink and hit enter. You can also highlight a word, then hit control K
  to create a hyperlink
