Have a look down the 'insert' menu of word for hyperlink.  If it's there, you 
can do it.

  I think it is simply a case of creating a link to a heading on a different
  part of the document... but I'm not sure how to do it.  In Office 2003 there
  is a wizard that is suppose to do it for you but I haven't mastered it yet.

    you have these questions, in hyperlink format so you can jump to the
    question you want an answer for.  I take it that same princepal can be

    in a typical word document?

    I suppose if so, then would it be a case of writing some html code to

    a hyperlink that say, on page one that, would link to page 4?
