I think it is simply a case of creating a link to a heading on a different part 
of the document... but I'm not sure how to do it.  In Office 2003 there is a 
wizard that is suppose to do it for you but I haven't mastered it yet.

  question you want an answer for.  I take it that same princepal can be found
  in a typical word document?

  I suppose if so, then would it be a case of writing some html code to create
  a hyperlink that say, on page one that, would link to page 4?
