[access-uk] How do I unsubscribe?

Hi all. Jay here from Ontario Canada. I have been trying for the last 2 days to
unsubscribe from the list with no success. I have tried to click on the link at
the bottom of the post and have tried to cut and copy it into a new message and
also sent in the request with unsubscribe in the subject line with no success.
I either get an error message from free lists or I get an error message saying
that can't find server. HELP!
