[access-uk] How do I stop a balloon

Hi friends,
When i close my windows messenger 5.1 on my winxpsp2 pro system with Jaws 7.0
or Jaws 6.2, I get a ballon which says:
"windows messenger is still running, etc..."
How can I stop this balloon appearing, again?
I tried alt+tab, or anything else but I can't find the checkbox that says:
don't show this message again, etc.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
