[access-uk] How do I pull addresses from the BCC field of messages I have sent out?

Hi list members,

I have sent out a message to a select number of people by sending to myself
and putting everyone else into the bcc field.

I now need to do the same with another message and I am not sure how to
extract the addresses from the BCC field to ensure that everyone who got the
first message and requires the second receives it.

I would appreciate it if someone could get back to me on this as soon as
possible as I need to try and get the message concerned out by the middle of
this week if at all possible.

Thank you in advance.
