Hi Adrien,
When I recently changed from Outlook Express to Outlook 2007, I was asked
whether I wanted to import both my account settings and messages from
Outlook Express. On hitting the yes button, all my old messages were there and so were the accounts. There was nothing else to do. Don't know if it's the same for 2003 but it might be worth seeing what happens when your friend
first opens Outlook.

Cheers,
Sandra.
