[access-uk] Re: Help with outlook 2003

Yes - put the distribution list in the BCC: field. That way nobody
else will know who you have copied the message to.

Hi Alexander,

I know how to do distribution lists but I have been warned
off about them as everyone sees every one else's info. Is
there another way of doing this?

Hi Adrien,

The easiest way to do what you want is to set up a
distribution list, but without creating one myself at the
same time as writing this message I couldn't give you the
exact keystrokes, maybe someone else on the list will be
able to help with the keystrokes you need to use to achieve
the creation of a distribution list.
