Hi

I have two queries with outlook.

First, how do I stop the outlook calendar from displaying
alerts and how do I remove old entries?

When I try and set up a new distribution list and click on
add members, it tells me that the outlook address book
cannot be accessed and to go to outlook help to remove this
folder. When I go to tools and click on the address book
entry I get the same message but the list of addresses is
there, what is going on here?

Regards

Adrien
