Andy, I've wondered more than once why some screen reader vendors
don't, or didn't before XP, include this program with there
installations of screen readers. I'm sure they could have come to an
arrangement with the writer of the program.

Sure, it won't dig you out of every loss of speech emergency, but I've
known more than one person who's been pulling there hair out because
of sudden loss of speech, and in most instances this Qmix program
would have put things to rights.

Cheers,

From Ray

| Quick mix is a little program that enables you to saveaudio
configurations
| on your pc. So, say for example, your sound is working as yyou
like it,
| you can open the quick mix program and save that setting and if you
wish
| you can put a shortcut on your desktop so that if your volume
changes say,
| you can easily correct it. Quick mix does not work with vista.
