Hi James,

In Word, highlight the text you wish to make into a
clickable Hyperlink link.

Select Insert, then Hyperlink.

Make sure that the Hyperlink dialog has "Existing file Web
Page" selected.  (this is usually the default)

You highlighted text should appear in the "Text to Display:"
field.

Then in the "Address:" field, type the actual URL as you
would in IE.  E.g..  http://www.mywebpage.co.uk 

Click OK.

You should now have a clickable link in your document.
