Hi Tony - You can find the file you want to work with, and press the
application key, and select wavpad from there -

  Hi John

I too am interested in that programme.

I presume you copy the file you wish to edit from in to Wavepad
and work away as you described earlier?

    Thanks,

Hi Barbara, editing a file in it is as simple as editing text in notepad. To
do what you describe, saving a section as a separate file do this:
1 Play or fast forward to the beginning of the clip you want to save. On the
edit menu go to set first position and press enter. Then play or fast
forward to the end of the section, go to the edit menu and press enter on
    set second position.
Then go to the edit menu and press enter on save select region as and
press enter. Give it whatever name you want and save.
                        John.
