Hi Mike:

It sounds as if a 'full install' wasn't carried out.

It is possible not to have 'help' installed when performing a 'custom
installation'.

Subject: [access-uk] Help with Office XP

Hi listers,

After a lightning strike on my modem, I've had to have Windows XP
re-installed, and so I have had to re-install a lot of programs including
Office. The help system will not now work: The message 'Microsoft Help
cannot be started OK' comes up.

Any help welcomed, with thanks,

Mike
