Just to add, only avoid Firefox version 4 which's their latest version as it
is not yet supported by Jaws. Otherwise you won't notice that much different
in term of how to use it. I use IE as my main browser and I use Firefox now
and then when I want to solve a captcha, test a page and so on. Search
Google for Firefox 3.8 to download...

Hi Petrina.
No problem, Firefox works exactly the same as Internet Explorer in terms of
web navigation with screen readers. Some things behave differently, like for
example you need a plug-in to display flash content, but otherwise nothing
is vastly different.
