[access-uk] Re: Help! my bookworm has Thrown a wabbly!

Hi Audrey,

You will need to load the correct Braille table into the Bookworm using HT
Com.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] Help! my bookworm has Thrown a wabbly!

HI everyone.

This afternoon, I tried uploading a book to my bookworm with HTCom as usual.

For some reason it suddenly said cannot contact port and when retrying it
seemed to be uploading, however, at the end I looked to see if the book was
there and was told there were no files. I reuploaded the book and found it
was now the only file on the machine. Added to this, it seems to have
completely reset itself and only has the standard braile table loaded. I
have uploaded a book in grade 2 braille and it does not make much sense.

Help! I am not sure what to do now.

Many thanks in advance for any help.

Audrey
