Andrew, Although fortunately hearing is not a problem for myself, my wife needs quite powerful hearing aids and is currently struggling with a new pair. She would certainly sympathise with your current problems. I follow two yahoo lists (hearing-_aids and beyond-hearing) of which the subscribers include several people with both visual impairment and hearing loss. There are some very knowledgeable and helpful people on them and I have been able to pass on quite a lot of useful information to my wife. hope that helps, Douglas On 30 Nov 2006 at 15:02, andrew shipp wrote: > Hello All, I am very interested in these if they are hearing aid > compatible, I would also like to know from any of you that use hearing > aids where is the best place to go to get the different loop systems, I > have just been diagnosed with 70 DB loss of hearing in b both ears and I > am finding it very hard to cope, so if anyone could help me I would be > very appreciative.
