Roger is it true the Talking books supply headphones for the DeafBlind? If

After a while you will become more acceptance of the aids. You'll never like
them but you will accept them for what they do for you.
The best source of equipment is the RNID. Just do a Google and it will come
up with the site. There are a variety of neck loops but the two main ones I
use are the ear loops which look like large fishing hooks that hook over the
ear to lay alongside the aid which will be in the T position to enable the
hooks which will be plugged into the appliance, to transmit the sound to
your aids. About £22 for the double, £17 for the single hook. The other is a
permeate fixture made by Sennhauser costing about £125 which is a base unit
that plugs into the appliance and a remote neck loop with a volume control
that hangs round your neck. I use this mainly for listening to my talking
book machine.
A trawl through the RNID site will tell you what is available.
