Hi Vince Ah, yes - I should have mentioned that I'm using Word 2003. In *layout*, there doesn't seem to be an option to seprate what can be done with the header and the footer. Am I missing something? On the Layout tab, you will find various options for different first and last pages. Can I make a template that will do this? Thanks Barry ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- No virus found in this incoming message.
