Hi George,
I have been talking to nextup for about a week now they say it is
working on their computer I sent them a large text file it was
something that text aloud was crashing with heir but they say it is
working might try and talk to scan soft and say what say all the best.

Hi Kevin,
It sounds like you need to speak to ScanSoft and/or the Text
Aloud People. Pound to a bad penny, you will not be the
first to complain.
