Hi Mandy
There are many sites online who offer an unlocking service for a couple of
pounds. Personally, I never think these really work perfectly. For proper
unlocking I would take your phone to the original network to which it is
locked. It will cost a bit more and invalidate your warranty if it is still
under one, but it will be done properly.

Subject: [access-uk] Having phones unlocked
Hi there,
Could someone tell me please where could I get a phone unlocked to take
any
sim card, I am going to South Africa in November and want to take my old
phone with me that has Talks on it but obviously I need it to get it
unlocked to be able to change Sim cards, or else can I do it with the
phone
I'm using at the moment to be able to take my British sim and then change
them but I think that would be a bit fiddly in case people want to SMS me
on
the British phone.
Mandy
