Derik, surely accessability/DDA issues should be something the RNIB Should
Want to take up, being a Charity for the VI. I think too much consideration
is given to the RNIB due to the small nummber of people wanting alternate
formats etc. etc. and that being the unreasonable arguement for Higher
charges.  They are a Charity so why shouldn't they be expect to have "Loss
Leaders" too, a lot of money is donated on the assumption that VI people
benefit from it and unlike yourself I happen to believe that if a VI person
needs to pay the same low price as those buying HP for £5 from Asda etc,
then why shouldn't we be entitled to have it at that cost...of course
there'll still be Plenty of people like yourself who think "I'm not queueing
for something Cheap" so let those people pay the full price its a "Free
Would".  Hope this makes sense.  CW.
