Well, in my view, you should be able to get both at the same time then.  How
stupid can publishers get?

Actually Martin you do. If you order the print version of the book you will 
receive it tomorrow. This happened with both the Half Blood Prince and the 
Order of the Phoenix.

It only doesn't apply to the audio versions as available from mainstream 
shops.
