She needs to select the reply option then number 1; delete the existing address 
and replace with that of the list.  Alternatively, if she has the list address 
in her address book, she should select number 2 rather than 1.

Hi
I always told myself I would never post a message on behalf of a friend. I am 
about to do so.

A friend of mine is a Guide user and on a number of mailing lists. she is 
having problems sending messages to these mailing lists. They either go to the 
individual sending the message to which she is replying or get lost somewhere. 
Using Guide, what does she have to do to ensure that messages to which she is 
replying go to the list as a whole and not the individual sender?
