[access-uk] Good recorder for a not so techy person

Hi all, couldn't think of a better subject line than this one <smiles>. Anyhow, I'd like to teach my friend how to record in the MP3 format since she has a built in microphone on her new Acer Aspire 5720 running Vista Home Premium. If anyone has a good recorder that she can use without much training that would be greatly appreciated. This must work with JAWS 9. Thanks in advance for any help regarding this.
