Windows+U makes Narator come up in XP. Obveously, wait until you hear the XP 
setup music, don't just press the power button and then try and run it, because 
it won't work.

So, if I get you right, on a new XP machine, after powering on, Windows U 
won't make Narrator come up talking? Will I need to follow Win U with Alt N 
like under Vista? -
