Thanks guys, that triple press on the home key works a treat!

I've now also had the training mode turned on, and I'm away to try and find the
afore mentioned podcasts!

Hours of fun and frustration lie ahead!

Thanks again.

A 3 finger double tap acts as a toggle to turn speech on/off.

Vision Australia have several podcasts on using Voice Over -

    Hi List.

Does anyone know of a site that has compiled a list of the gestures we can
use to operate the iPod Touch?

I've been having a quick Google, but so far no joy.

In particular, is there a gesture that will temporarily shut off voice over
if you need to hand it to a sighted user for some quick help? Oh, and if there
is, what's the gesture to then put voice over back on?

    Many thanks.

    Darran
