[access-uk] Re: Genuin Windows Validation continued.

OK, This thread is going to be closed on this list.

Though I want to also assure everyone on this list that the matter will be
dealt with. In the interest of you members i would like you to see my
response to Andy and CC recycle-it-moderators , (of which i am one of them).

Please though (after a grace period to allow some of you who read emails in
different orders), let this thread drop.

Andy if you can please reply leaving the original messages below but
replacing

access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx in the to field to

recycle-it-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Andy,

I've a suspicion i know who this third party you bought from might be. I
remember seeing the item on recycle-it and I was on a voice server with a
person selling a similar system. I am not a personal friend of them but
they were in the same chat room.

I think it's best for all of us to close the thread here and Andy if you'd
like either I, Graham or Mel can help you off the recycle-it list.

This is not cool and I'd like to say publically to you i personally will
help in anyway. As this topic is now going into the realms of a law
potentially being broken and could leave the list open for some
complications please let the matter end with this email.

I understand peoples concerns but I will place anyone continuing this thread
immediately on moderated status. This is a very serious matter and
access-uk nor recycle-it groups encourage or support Copyright infringement
or fraud.

I think a legal redress might not be costly if the individual seeking the
legal advice is on benefit. I sincerely hope the person who sold to Andy is

not someone from this list.
