[access-uk] Re: Gadget of the year?

Steve,

Granted the n95 sounds like a great gadget and I would dearly love one but
as Carol says there is a significant cost to getting one and yes you can use
GPS but adding Wayfinder is yet another cost to put on top of it all.

I have just got myself a Stream as a trade-in for my bookcourier and am
sticking with my n70 for now so yes I'll have to carry around both my phone
and Stream but that's how it will have to be for now unless I win the
lottery or something...which is highly unlikely as I've never played it!!

Anyway glad you love your N95 and maybe one day I'll join you!

Happy Christmas and all the best for '08!

Cheers,

Phil

Hi Carol,

Why can't you use GPS? Just get Wayfinder Access as I have, and you can use
the built-in GPS receiver if you want, though I have an external receiver,
because they are better. So I have GPS on my N95 as well. Best gadget
ever!

All the best

Steve

Steve,

I was quite impressed as I looked at the N95 yesterday but, oh, how much
visual stuff there is that you probably never will use, including the GPS.
I guess most VI's can't really justify that cost; shame, don't think I can!

I know friends though who have got it as a free Vodafone upgrade. Now that
would be good, but, since I'm not with Vodafone, I doubt they'll give it me
<Grins>

Never mind!

Happy Christmas anyway!
