Hi,

Wait till you try texting on it. Horribly slow and clumsy even if you are
fast. No way will you be nearly as fast if you are good at predictive.

All the best

Steve

Hi Dave.

My brother has an IPhone 3GS, so I'll be using that this weekend. I'll
let everyone know how I find it once I've had a play. He seems to like
it, he's blind and so uses VO to interact with the phone.

All the best, Ibrahim.

Hi Jackie,

Have you tried Voice over on an i phone yet?

My wife has one and I'm going to give it a go.

Are you using Sky broadband ?

I have tried, unsuccessfully to connect my N91 8GB to my Sky broadband.
Do you know if it is compatible?

Hope you are well.

Cheers

Regards

Dave Ankers

Hi Carol

I haven't seen the N79 in any depth, only a dummy someone kindly showed
me. But the N86 I have seen live, if you see what I mean, and it's a
really nice phone. It is a slider, like the N95, where you push up for
the keypad, and down for the MP3 controls. All buttons are tactile on
it though, and there is a separate key lock on the side.

Just adding my thoughts in case you weren't aware of its accessibility.

It's going to be a toss up for me between the N79 and N86. Unlike
Steve, I won't be having both!

Hi Carol,

No, it has everything I want, good wifi, fast processor, and mine has
been extremely reliable. I reckon Barbara was just unlucky.

All the best

Steve

Steve, Barbara, I'm just doing a recap here since I was interested in
the N79.

Barbara, you liked it well enough but had a problem, right?

Steve, why do you like it so much? Does it have all the bells and
whistles you would want on a phone, or do you go back to other
handsets for various things you want to
do?
