I've installed it but still can't read the images, so
where am I going wrong?

Hi, I've tried this add-on and, I have to agree with you, it's brilliant! I
was able to retrieve my Yahoo! ID so that I can reset my password, which I
could also do successfully, and now I can access Yahoo! all without sighted
assistance. Just my comments there on the
fantastic Webvisum add-on. Enjoy!
