Perhaps that it's best to go back to the experts Tescos (smiles)
Seriously though I think the rule should be no substitutes at all, by
default.
With Tescos we have to tick a checkbox if we don't want substitutes,
I wonder how many shoppers here wold feel if it was the other way round,
only tick the box if we do want substitutes.
