Alexander,

I believe John Spence retired. Lloydds did at one time really champion John Spence's appointment and milked his blindness for everything it was promotionally worth, so it is a great shame that accessibility and useability has not been built in at design for VI's I have some other names that may be of assistance on the technology front within LTSB, but we'll see how you get on with your enquiries first.

Good luck!

Colin

Hi Colin,

Thank you for that. I am going to send the data to the head office through my local branch, however the change of contact you have given will come in useful. I wonder if John Spence has been replaced due to his being visually impaired?
