I personally don't have any bother with chip and pin but appreciate that
some people might have.  My complaint is with the way that we received this
e-mail.  If it was me that sent it, I would have just pasted the infointo a
new message rather than forwarding it with all of that rubbish there before
you get to the meat of the message.
