I'm very happy with Tiscali, although I have not had cause to ring the customer
service yet so I don't know what that is like. Plusnet is supposed to have
good customer service and is similarly priced to Tiscali.

What broadband isp would you recommend then? I know my BT Yahoo service has
actually been very good, and if anything has got better. Unfortunately, we
don't have cable broadband here, otherwise I'd go for that option any day!
I used to have NTL and that was fantastic, but moved away!

  Cheers
