Thanks Sandra, I am glad that I am not the only one, at this rate I won't be
renewing my subscription either. For a company this is really bad, surely
the point of support is to find these problems and sort them out, thus
inproving the product.

In business and marketing, they say a person will tell 8 to 10 people about
the bad things in a product, and only tell 2 how wonderful it is.

Regards Jim Denton

Hi Jim,
No, you're not the only one. I subscribed to Freedom Box some time ago and
had this very same problem. I would log in and then as soon as I started to
use the program, it would throw me off and close down. Like you, I wrote to
FB and got no satisfactory response. When my subscription ran out, I didn't
bother to renew as it didn't seem worth it. A friend of mine had exactly
the same problem and she didn't bother to renew either. The concept of FB
is good and when it works, it's a good program but it's very frustrating
when the program keeps shutting down and you can't work with it.
I know this doesn't help you very much, but I just wanted to let you know
that no, you're not alone.

Cheers,
Sandra.
