Only that when I rang them about switching over here in Northern Ireland,
they said they would provide us with a Freeview box. I asked very nicely
what the point of this would be if it were inaccessible, and the person I
spoke to said that I could have one of the new talking boxes if we were
blind and didn't have enough sight to see the screen.
So I don't know what to make of it. We don't switch over until late next
year. By that time, God knows who will be giving away what! (big smile).

Hi all
My girlfriend, who works for our local society for the blind, was told that
the RNIB and BBC have recently started a scheme giving away the Goodmans
talking freeview box. However, the RNIB helpdesk don't know anything about
this and neither does the switch over help line scheme.
Anyone heard anything about this or am I just chasing wild geese?
