Hi,

Also, it would not be fair for someone to receive a free
digi box if they were   not using it with a TV and those of
us who had converted since the switch over started were not
eligible simply because of a time lapse.

I suppose this makes sense. the scheme is about conversion.
If you don't 
have a TV, you cannot be said to be converting.

I've just read the updates to this. I don't own a TV and  I
could use the 
smart talk without a TV if I got one. Does anyone know if it
would be 
possible to get this from the BBC scheme without owning a
TV? Last time I 
checked they said I needed a TV but that was a while back.
