Nod is ok, I use it with Jaws 8.
The only reason I say about F-secure is that I use it on my work =
machine.
bit slow, also caused a huge number of problems when checking for Jaws
updates online, it=20

Hi Paul.

Interesting to know that f-secure has problems. The last version seemed =
to=20
get good reviews in magazines. Nod is good, but it can appear a bit=20
technical for some. In this case, use of JAWS is not an issue according =
to=20
the auther. Kaspersky has also had some good reviews recently.

I would say use something like Nod antivirus, F-secure is ok to use on =
=3D
Smart phones, etc but it can slow machines down, also not particularly =
good
=3D with Jaws, there are also a few issues with the new version.

It is available from http://free.grisoft.com
They seem to call it antivirus advisor now or something like that.

Given the low price of programs like Nod antivirus, I would advise =
your=3D20
friend to put his/her hand in pocket and buy something like NOD =3D =
antivirus.

If the person has a number of machines, a program like f-secure could be =
=3D

considered which I think can be installed on more than 1 PC.

AVG is ok but I find it can't always remove viruses.

Hi everyone,
A bit cheeky of me to ask this on a VI list so apologies. I'm looking =
=3D for
a=3D20 free anti virus for a friend of mine who's fully sighted so =3D
accessibility=3D20 isn't a real issue here. I checked the AVG's site but =
they
seem to have=3D20 dropped their free anti virus home edition... Could a =
kind
person =3D recommend=3D20 an alternative? My mate is a complete computer =
novice
so an install and=3D20 forget sort of program will be preferable.

Any advice would be most welcomed.
