I suspect it is.

Interestingly, it used to crash with JAWS in fact, it tended to wreck 
systems running JAWS.  If it's a cut down version of Lookout, it's good to 
see they have sorted these JAWS related issues out.  This is only hearsay 
though.  All I can say is after hearing it, I never tried installing lookout 
on my machine.

You installed it Dorris anyway and seemed to have no ill affects which is 
great.

I actually think that Thunder is something like a cut-down version of
lookout but I might be mistaken. The information on the site wasn't
very explicit.
