Hi Marg, I believe from past experience, all your friend needs to do is forward the message in question on in the normal way, and the attachment/s should just follow. However due to the fact its quite some time since I've used OE, and the changes since SP2, there could be a setting which needs to be applied. Maybe someone more qualified can help from here on.
