[access-uk] Formatting from NTFS to FAT?

Formatting from NTFS to FAT?            Hi,
I have one of those ANYPACK external hard drive  which is formatted as NTFS.
I would like to convert this into FAT system which I can use it with my
packmate.I have gone onto the formatting options but it only gives me NTFS
option.  I am using windows xp with jaws 6.01.  I would be grateful if
someone tells me how to format NTFS to FAT system.
