[access-uk] Formatting USB flash drives

Hello everyone,
I have just received my Play.com 4GB USB flash drive. It is formatted to
FAT32. Can I convert it to NTFS and is there any advantage doing this? I
know once it is converted it cannot be reversed. I will be using it on a
desktop PC and laptop running Windows XP Home with drives formatted to NTFS.
Any help most appreciated.
