Hi Roger,

I think it’s just a combo box. Tab around the app and you should see it.
You’ll hear Fat32, then arrow down to NTFS.

I think so anyway, I don’t have a card to hand at the moment.

All the best

Steve

I’ve downloaded the application and run it but cannot find how to change from
FAT to NFTS format. I’ve does a search of MS Help and Support and found a lot
of verbal but no actual instructions on which menu options to enter.

More help is needed if someone is prepared to give it to me please.

Roger

Hi Roger,

Go to http://www.sdcard.org and download the SD Card Formatter. It is free and
does a much better job than Windows.

All the best

Subject: [access-uk] Formatting Memory Cards

Hi

I’m trying to put some music on a new memory card using Win7 64 bit and it
tells me as the card is FAT format it can only accept a limited quantity of
files, and to reformat to NTFS.

Can someone tell me how to do this please.

Many thanks

Roger
