Hi George.
Don't understand the Windows Mail Contacts so cannot write to you off-list
yet. Anyway, the solution you provided seems temporary. Often when I go
into a folder, it's in Details rather than List mode. When this happens, I
go through the steps you provided. I must have done it about five times
now. Is there perhaps something else I should have done afterwards? It
just seems that the commands I have done are only considered temporary.
Best wishes.
Andy.
