Hi Eleanor

Then I honestly don't know.  I have no sight to notice if the size on screen is 
diminishing, only when I check the style and attributes I am using within Word 
itself.

Jackie I have tried what you said re the font size and it has made no change on 
screen.  It is coming out OK in print but I want to get it back to the correct 
way on screen.  With my magnification the font is absolutely minute.
