I am still waiting for problems with Firefox 3 and JAWS. I still haven't
encountered any.

ahha! Now seems like the right time to post something I've found out. I'm
having exactly the same problem as described above. Here's a response I got
from a guy on the Webvisum mailing list. I believe he knows what he's talking
about. Webvisum has asked him to help out in the programing, so seems like he
knows his stuff.

  WHere are some obvious problems,

  1. FF3 is actually not recommended at the moment, 2.3 is recommended
for all screen readers; maybe you could try that....

  2. When you are using flash player, you can go to the website listed,
or follow their links, and you can try it with Internet Explorer but
upload it into your firefox browser.

What I would say, seriously, is that going to IE again might be easier
for your setup, or redownload the entire thing. It would take yo
uabout a half an hour probably, and would be rather easy to work out.
Freedom scientific actually doesn't think that VISTA or FF3 are
accessible, so they don't recommend the usage of the two products, especially
not together."

Now with this in mind, I've been trying to find a download of 2.3, but no
joy. So either Window-eyes users have got the advantage over us Jaws users, or
they're using 2.3. Stupid thing is, even the link on Webvisum is for 3.08 and
that's what they seem to recommend. I got mine from the official site. so
I've set IE again as my default, and just use FF for captcha stuff.

  Jill.

    Negoslav,

    Thanks first for your answers.
My question to you and others, is:
When I open some websites, I get an alert message that tells me to install
Adobe Flash player.
I go on it, and press Manual instal and it takes me to the Adobe website,
but there, I can not get to the download. I mean, I find the Agree and install
now link, but it doesn't open the option to save or run the adobe Flash player.
What can you suggest me to do here?

    Thanks much

      See my answers below.

I found the latest version of Firefox that is 3.0.10.
I do understand that some of the friends that have version 3.5 of FF
are using the beta version, is it correct?

        Yes, you are correct.

When I click ctrl+b to get my bookmarks - I have to type in a search
edit the name of the website that I need, but my question, how can I get
directly to the list, the whole list of my bookmarks, as I do with IE by
pressing:
        ctrl+i?

Press alt+b to go to the bookmarks menu. There you can see your
favorites and navigate by first letter.

And, any tips for using FF you can give here, are greatly appreciated.

If you have specific questions, go on.

        Negoslav
