[access-uk] Re: File extensions

To make sure file extensions are shown:
Open Windows Explorer.
Tools menu item, then Folder Options.
Control and Page Down to the View tab.
Tab to list of options, called Advanced Settings, first item in list
is Files and Folders.
Arrow down to "Hide extensions for known  file types" and toggle it to OFF.
Hit return to confirm.
