It's 20 Meg with googlemail.

Most are 10 Meg, some are less even than that though.

Use a service like www.yousendit.com or similar instead. Many people's
mail clients might give up trying well before the message is downloaded.
Also bandwidth over pop3 email is very poor for this task it was never
intended to be the bearer of such large attachments and you may wipe out
a users sotrage limit into the bargain with such a large attachment.
