I appreciate what you are sayhing Billy. Maybe you should e-mail me off list rather than through this forum and we can talk about it as it is not fair to other members to be discussing something that is not access related.

Billy I am fairly sure that there was on my ~Facebook Page, which I visit
infrequently, something about Privacy.  Have a look there and see if there
are any contact details, otherwise try Google to see if you can find out how 

to contact Facebook.  The issue is that if someone prints something about
another that is false then that might be Defamation but I am not sure if
what they print is true then how the law stands there.  I think there are
different laws governing the Internet.  Good luck with it anyway.

Hi Eleanor, yes i remember that particular problem, but the complaint i
have
concerns material being threatened by one user to another.
Someone is telling the other she is going to post a private email message
that was sent to her from another facebook user.

The person has asked me to look into it and find out if the other person
can
leagaly post this private email.

It certainly looks like a bit of a minefield, this whole facebook thing,

Good luck Billy.  There was a very contravertial issue raised a few weeks
about condolences on Facebook and I think it took David Cameron to
intervene

to have it removed so hope you have beeter success or you will be having

go through your MP etc.
