Have you had a look at a Nokia N82, the keypad is small but they all are
really.  However it has individually spaced buttons for the number pad.
Hopefully others will have suggestions for current phones you could look
at but the smartphones are all tending to be a bit smaller.  When you
have a few suggestions you can hit the streets and have a feel of the
different handsets.
